Our story
Why we built NyumbaPro
Most landlords we know run their rentals from notebooks, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. Rent is chased by phone, repair requests get lost, and nobody is quite sure which lease ends next month.
The property software that exists is built for other markets: priced in dollars, expecting card payments, and too complex for a landlord with a handful of units.
NyumbaPro brings properties, leases, rent and repairs into one place, with prices in kwacha, payments by mobile money, and a tenant portal that works on any phone.
